There may be a minimum to open a DAF. Arimathea may receive compensation in connection with the Arimathea DAF Program, including in connection with advisors who place client charitable assets on the platform. This may create a conflict of interest. You are under no obligation to participate in the program. Some advisors may engage Arimathea for asset management services, from which Arimathea receives compensation.

Donor-Advised Fund services. Donor-advised fund advisory services are offered through Give, an SEC registered investment adviser and the platform partner for the Arimathea DAF Program. Being registered as an investment adviser does not imply a certain level of skill or training. Investing involves risk and possible loss of capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Neither Arimathea nor Give offers legal or tax advice; please consult the appropriate professional regarding your individual circumstances. Once contributed to a donor-advised fund, contributions are irrevocable and legally controlled by the sponsoring charity; grant recommendations are advisory.

Charitable giving made easy

How the Arimathea DAF works

1

Contribute

Transfer cash, securities, or other assets to the DAF. The contribution is irrevocable and immediately tax-deductible at fair market value, even before a single grant is made to charity.

β†’
2

Invest

Assets grow inside the DAF, completely tax-free. Invested in strategies screened for Catholic values, they continue to compound and bear fruit while awaiting purposeful distribution.

β†’
3

Grant

Recommend grants to qualified charities on any timeline: this week, this year, or across generations. The DAF holds the gift. You direct where it goes. Arimathea can help manage it all on your behalf.

Grants can be made anonymously.

Immediate tax deduction

+

Deduct the full fair market value in the year you contribute β€” even if grants go out over many years.
